Hello Lovely People,
I know I have been MIA for some time, but all is well! I'm soooooo excited for this great opportunity the Lord has provided for me to walk in. I am not fully aware of the blue print but I am truly trusting Him on this path He has set me out on. As you all can see, the title has been changed to the "Lord's Love Gang". A door has been opened wide for me to embark and engaged in this interesting generation.
There are times when God causes us to go and conceal ourselves. In 1 Kings 17, the Lord tells Elijah to go to the east and hide by the Kerith Brook, near where it enters the Jordan River. God was doing something and was using Elijah to fulfill this purpose. When we continue to read this chapter we see that God made Elijah aware that He will provide for him where ever He sends him. In isolation God will provide for you. He is the One who truly satisfies all our needs. He knows what you need and will take care of you. As Prophet Elijah was in concealment, the Lord commanded the ravens to bring him bread and meat each morning and evening. Can we picture this for a minute.....WOW!!!!! God can and will command whatever He needs to in order for His will to be done. When it was time for Elijah to move on to the next mission, God notified Elijah that He instructed a widow to feed him. See God has already set up the provision for His children. It's our responsibility to get in postition and obey. Elijah obeyed God's instructions each time God told him to move. We too, must trust and depend in the Holy Spirit's leading in our everyday lives. If it was not possible, we wouldn't have these encouraging life stories of our past ancestors to encourage and motivate us. If it was not possible to do, then the truth of God's Word, when He told us, we can do all things through Christ Jesus which strengthen us would not exist.
God has called me to become selfless. God has repeatedly told me it is time for me to deliver. To go into this dark world and make an impact on this generation. Yes, I will admit that I was scared. Yes, I will admit that there were times I grew impatient and restless. I love my Savior and I refuse to make it to Heaven, meet God face to face, knowing I did not emabark my purpose with all He has instilled in me.
My heart's prayer is to move the way Elijah moved in 1 Kings 17. Elijah was sensitive to the Lord's will and I want to be aligned just the same. Through Elijah's obedience, people were blessed. There were people who were drawn into relationship with God and that is the sole purpose of my purpose. When we are obedient to God, not only are we blessed and rewarded, but others that God has purposely connected us to is in position to be blessed and rewarded as well.
Stay tuned! We will see how Elijah's obedience impacted the widow's life (including her son's life). See, it's not just about us. Selfless!
May God's grace continue to shine upon you! Happy Holiday's and may a miracle from God be released in your life, in Jesus name, Amen.
